My big sister Kate has a blog!  And it makes me go hurhurhur.

Although her post about her fucking boob made me want to DIE, it almost made my friend Chris snarfle up his coffee through his nose.  She will make you snarfle, too.

sourapplethe.blogspot.com

Check her out!

I had no idea this was Philip Glass. I do remember seeing this animation over and over again as a kid, though....

Holy Fuck, I love this song.

This one time? In Chaucer? Waaaay back in '98? My hairy-eared schlub of a lecturer made a snarky comment about the passing of Dusty Springfeld. I was caught between wanting to snicker and being all outraged, 'cause come on, who doesn't love Dusty Springfield? Do you know what it sounds like when a "heh" meets a "hey now"? A goddamn foghorn.

That totally reminds me of the time my sisters and I were playing Uno with my Grandma B. I'd already been warned to stop saying 'poop' (maybe I was 8? I hope I was 8, and not 11). Grandma got a bad card and out came "poop!" just as I was taking a swig of Coke. So of course I ended up hiccuping on my mouthful and sneezing most of it out my nose and onto the table. That hurt. Also, I probably farted, as that is what we do in my family. We fart. I could have shit my pants, really, so I guess that's good. Clearly, it's time for bed.

So informative!!

Acquiring penis-lore from CBS News is like hearing about the ins-and-outs of the vagina from your grandma.  Which is to say, gross.

1)

I think I broke my little toe today.  It really hurts and is swollen.  I don't want it to be broken, because not only would that suck, it would suck a fuckload.  I walk a lot.

2)

Really, I think it's time my sisters got on the ol' lj bandwagon.

K and Pookie?  You hear me?!

They are good writers and very funny people = lj awesomeness.

I should have sent something out ages ago, but I'm sure I surprise no one mentioning it now...

My fab fantastic roommate Sara is performing Bach's Goldberg Variations tomorrow, and holy balls, it will be glorious.  Sara is a hugely accomplished harpsichordist and cute as a button.  And single.  She's single, folks.  And she'll be wearing leather.

The concert is tomorrow (Sunday) at 2'30, at Holy Trinity Church (10 Trinity Square, that little church by the Eaton Centre), and shouldn't  run more than an hour.
